Arichandran's journey into sports entrepreneurship began with a simple belief: sports can be a powerful tool for growth, discipline, and community impact. Starting as a Physical Education Teacher at Vels Vidyashram Senior Secondary School in Chennai, he spent over three years teaching students the value of fitness, teamwork, and physical well-being through both theory and practice. In 2023, Arichandran took the entrepreneurial leap and founded CP Sports Academy, dedicated to grassroots sports development and professional coaching. He quickly expanded into sports event organization and infrastructure development, founding Veeran Youth League—a youth-led non-profit committed to empowering women and youth through self-defence training, legal awareness, moral education, and community outreach. Currently pursuing his M.P.Ed in Physical Education Teaching and Coaching from Lakshmibai National College of Physical Education (LNCPE), Arichandran combines academic learning with real-world sports entrepreneurship. In May 2024, he co-founded and became Managing Director of Track My Academy, a sports academy management SaaS product that real academies across India run on. As Managing Director of TrackMy Tech Private Limited since June 2026, Arichandran leads the company's vision to create technology solutions that empower sports organizations, coaches, and athletes. His unique background—combining physical education expertise, grassroots sports operations, and technology product management—gives him a deep understanding of the challenges sports organizations face and how technology can solve them. Arichandran believes in building a complete sports ecosystem where infrastructure, coaching, events, and technology work together to create opportunities for young athletes. He is always open to collaborations that promote sports development and innovation, particularly in areas like sports infrastructure, coaching excellence, event management, sports technology, and CSR initiatives in sports.
