This policy explains what information TrackMy Tech Private Limited collects through this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.
This website collects personal information only when you choose to submit it: through the contact form on our Contact page, or through the application form on our Careers pages (see Careers and Job Applications below). The contact form asks for your name, email address, subject, and a message. We do not collect any other personal information automatically, and we do not require account creation, logins, or payment details to browse this site.
When you submit the contact form, your message is sent to our own sales system, which runs on Cloudflare: your name, the details you enter and your message are stored in its database so that our team can reply and follow up on your enquiry, and our team is notified by email through Zoho Mail. We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss the work you asked about. We keep it for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry or doing work for you, and you can ask us to delete it at any time by writing to hello@trackmytech.in. If our system cannot be reached, the form instead opens a pre-filled email addressed to hello@trackmytech.in in your own email client.
If you apply for a role through the application form on our Careers pages, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number, university or college, academic department, year of study, the role you are applying for, and your resume. You can also choose to give us links to your GitHub and LinkedIn profiles.
Unlike contact form messages, applications are stored by our hiring system, which runs on Cloudflare: your details are kept in its database and your resume in its file storage. Emails about your application are sent through Zoho Mail. We use this information only for recruitment: to assess your application, contact you about it, and arrange interviews.
We keep the application of an unsuccessful candidate for 12 months from the final decision on it. If you join us as an intern, we keep your records for the duration of your internship plus 3 years.
Future opportunities. If your application is not successful, we may keep your details in our talent pool for up to 12 months after your last activity with us, so that we can invite you to apply for other suitable roles. You can ask us at any time to stop contacting you or to delete your details by writing to careers@trackmytech.in.
Job alerts. If you sign up for job alerts on our Careers pages, we send them only after you confirm your subscription through the link we email you, you can unsubscribe at any time through the link in every alert email, and your email address is deleted from our records when you unsubscribe.
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your application data, withdraw your consent, or raise a grievance about how it is handled by writing to our Grievance Officer, Rahul D K, Executive Director, at rahuldk@trackmytech.in. We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry and understand your product, partnership, or business needs. We do not use this information for any purpose beyond communicating with you about your enquiry. Information from job applications is used only for recruitment, as described above.
We do not sell or rent the information you submit through this website, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers. Contact form messages are stored and processed for us by Cloudflare (database) and Zoho Mail (email notifications to our team), only so that we can respond to your enquiry. Contact form messages are stored in our sales system on Cloudflare, and job applications in our hiring system on Cloudflare; only our team can see them, after signing in, and we take reasonable steps to protect them. As with any online communication, please avoid sending highly sensitive information (such as passwords, financial account details, or government ID numbers) through the contact form or by email.
You have the right to ask us what information we hold about you, to request that any information you have sent us be corrected, and to request that it be deleted from our records (for example, from our email correspondence). To exercise any of these rights, please contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. For a job application, you can also write to our Grievance Officer, as described under Careers and Job Applications above.
This website is intended for businesses and individuals seeking product and technology partnerships and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
