Responsibilities
- Collect, clean and analyse procurement, inventory, order and logistics data
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards on stock levels, lead times, fill rates and delivery performance
- Forecast demand and recommend reorder points and safety stock levels
- Track supplier performance and flag delays, quality issues and cost overruns
- Find bottlenecks in the supply chain and propose process improvements
- Work with operations, finance and vendors to put improvements in place and measure their impact
Requirements
- A degree in supply chain management, operations, engineering, business, statistics or a related field
- Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills: pivot tables, lookups and charts
- A good understanding of inventory management, procurement and logistics basics
- Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to explain numbers to non-specialists
- Attention to detail and comfort working with large data sets
Nice to have
- Experience with SQL, Power BI, Tableau or Python for data analysis
- Exposure to an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, Zoho Inventory or Tally
- Knowledge of demand forecasting methods
- An internship or work experience in supply chain, logistics or operations
